Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:

– Wrong or missing items: The received product does not match your order, or parts are missing.

– Severe quality issues: The product has non-human-induced, severe defects affecting assembly or appearance (e.g., broken or missing parts) upon receipt.

– Shipping damage: The product is severely damaged during transportation (see “Shipping Policy” below).

2. Non-Returnable Cases

As our products are handcrafted models made with substantial time and effort, we cannot process returns for:

– Personal subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, color discrepancy from expectations, impulsive purchase).

– Products that have been assembled, painted, or modified.

– Damage caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.

– Requests submitted after the return period (14 days from the date of receipt).

3. Return Process

– Contact customer service: For eligible issues, contact us via email (a220901a@outlook.fr) or our customer service system within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, problem description, and clear photos/videos as evidence.

– Review and confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-3 business days. If we confirm liability, we will provide a return address or arrange an exchange/refund directly.

4. Refund Details

– Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account.

– Return shipping fees: We cover shipping costs for returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong items, quality issues). No refunds are provided for non-reasonable returns.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

– Products with quality issues.

– Products damaged during shipping.

– Incorrect items sent by us.

2. Exchange Process

– Similar to the return process: Contact customer service and provide relevant evidence.

– After confirmation, we will ship a new product or replacement parts free of charge, and may require you to return the defective item (shipping fees covered by us).

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! We strive to deliver our meticulously handcrafted models to you as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

– All orders will be crafted, inspected, packaged, and shipped within 15-35 days.

– Due to the handcrafted nature, complex designs or peak seasons may require additional processing time. We will proactively notify you via email or SMS of any delays.
